1. Unable to delete a workout. I added a workout that I was going to do in the afternoon (hiking with friends) but it turns out we didn't go. I have no way to delete it. I set it to 1 minute, but obviously I'd prefer deleting it. Not sure why setting it to 0 minutes doesn't delete it.

2. Unable to reset my start. I joined the community and guessed my starting weight since I wasn't near a scale. Hi Brandon

It is already possible to do this. If you go to your 'My Workout' page and click the 'Enter Exact Cals' above the 'Enter Data' button, you can enter a precise figure

Hope that helps!

Thanks

I would make one small suggestion--that you can manually add the calories for your work out. I use a running calculator to figure out how many calories I burned on a run and would like to be able to just enter that figure.

All on the todo - I did not work out today should be in the next rollup (early next week), but the moving averages will be a little longer - it's pretty tough to draw anything other than straight lines, and keep things fast, so we're still working on that!

@Jeremiah - we're not going to use the miniBB polling option - we're actually going to throw together something of our own - we want to give a little more flexibility with re: people adding ideas and peopl...

Reply by Austin Frank

Just a quick request to think about reporting different kinds of information on the graphs. Some sort of moving average would really help.

Also, as requested elsewhere in the forums, an "I did not work out today" button would be appreciated too. Don't want to get credit for days when I'm lazy ;)

Are you able to use the polling module for miniBB? If so maybe putting the Wish lists up to vote on would be a good way to let the community point you in the right direction.

That is just my thought anyways....

Reply by Chris Mattingly

Quoting: amerzMaybe somewhere that I could check off how many glasses of water I've had would be helpful, too

Good idea - we'll add this to the to-do list (getting quite long now!)

Thanks

I also have to write down everything I eat or else I get off track. Maybe somewhere that I could check off how many glasses of water I've had would be helpful, too. Water is KEY for losing weight.

Paul if you look for the yellow bar in the upper right hand of the page (but below the upper navigation tabs) you will see a "Go To Date" highlighted.

Hi Debbie - good idea, we've added this to the Workouts

Quoting: ShoegalI would also like to just erase a workout when I make a mistake

This is something we're hoping to complete in the next couple of days - we'll keep you posted on this one

For example, it's 4PM here, and I just spent 10-15 mins figuring out that I've consumed app 1900 kcals today. I want to log that so I can add to it tonight after supper, but currently I have to rely on memory. Heck, even the ability to send a message to myself within Traineo would work fine....

Reply by Eric Gruber

That sounds great! Since there are several programs out there that don't use calorie counting (Weight Watchers, Body-for-Life, The ABs Diet), I think a lot of people will benefit from this.

Thanks for the suggestion - we're actually currently working on the functionality you descibre, so you can set details of exactly what you eat in a day, using foods and meals taken from the USDA database. This'll all be stored for you, and will affect your diet score accordingly - the functionality will be optional, there'll still be the sliders for those who prefer it.

Thanks,

I find that when I can chart (record) my intake, I'm less prone to cheat. Basically just a text field for breakfast, lunch dinner and however many snacks one chooses. I'm on body for life, so I eat six times a day (small meals).

Hope that helps! I really like this site. I think a way to track food intake would put it over the top....

Reply by Maxwell Lamb

Hi Eric,
