JiFF - The soon to be 200 lb groom traineo Regular Posts: 45 JiFF - The soon to be 200 lb groom I missed my goal to be the 200 pound groom. Life messed me up something huge, but I am back now. I am back with a vengence. And hopefully a new Username (if the nice folks at Traineo can hook that up for me). I am taking a new approach due to some new developments. Looks like i got me some of the "High Blood Pressure" and I really need to get back to it. I am going to be changing a lot of things, and going back to WHAT I KNOW WORKS. Keeping it off by exercise and eating smart.	# Posted: 24 Aug 2006 22:49 Yeah, mine (at least what they told me at my gym after hooking me up to several machines that were apparently from the future) told me I'm like 9% but Traineo has me at like 30 or there abouts.
