Ok. I tried responding to a post in another group and was asked to join the group. Perhaps the "private" setting is up and running?

Jennie goto the top and click Groups.

On that page should be a large yellow-ish box with a green check mark and button that says Get Started. Click that button.

On that page

Choose your Group Name: Nurses on the run
Choose a traineo sub-domain: Nursesontherun
Group Type: Select one...
Access: You will want either Closed group or private group..

Closed group people will be able to go in and see your topics but not view the forums... then can click join and then you will have to approve them.

Private groups you will have to invite people.. people you dont invite will not even know your group exists.
