I think the heading says it all. I tried manually deleting them but they come right back. I've written to the admins but gotten no response.
Thanks!

As of now, you can't do either. It sucks big time. But oh well. They are releasing an update fairly soon (or so Ive heard) that will hopefully included these changes.

Thanks. Do you know if there's an easy way to just delete my account and sign up again?

If you hit edit your profile. There is an option on the right hand side that says delete account.

I have like 10 accounts because some locked me out, some I just wanted to restart my tracking, etc...
It is pretty rediculous that we cant just start it over and clear all old data. It seems like such a simple fix yet they won't implement it.

Haha, I know. I wish I could delete them, because on different computers it saved other versions, then I forget to log out and then start posting on whatever one there is. Of course, Traineo could fix all that by just letting us freaking restart our diets, lol. Or I could stop being such an ass and actually stick to something ,lol.

After hitting just under 200lbs. first year of college, I knew I had to make a change. I lost 50lbs, got down to 146 but have put a little back on. My goal now is to fight off the remaining fat and switch it to lean muscle, tone up, get abs, and improve my running!

I wish I could delete mine too! It shows when I was at 200lbs, dropped to 146 and then back up to 166! I keep looking at my graph like AHHHHHHHH!
But I guess it's good though to see...
I hope they update this site soon!!!! It needs a revamp!

There are a ton of things I love about this site. But there are just a couple of REALLY ANNOYING things that prevent me from thinking it is great.

Hi all - really sorry for the frustrating issues with this. As I've mentioned in a few other threads we're working on a new release on a new platform that will tackle these outstanding issues.
In the meantime, if you'd like to remove data or remove your accounts completely please feel free to PM me and I'll send it to the necessary people here to have removed.
We're looking at releasing pretty soon at this point so thanks for your patience and support.

My goal is to complete the Dublin Marathon in October. Also to stick consistently to a healthy diet and thereby lower my BF%, overall weight and cholesterol.

Alasdair, I PM'd you two weeks ago (and wrote in to the support email) and have gotten no response. Should I just delete my account and start over?

Hi Rob...I've just changed your name to what you wanted. We can work through to delete the old data. Could you email me to confirm which username you want us to do that with?
