Newbie here, so please bear with me
For the past couple of days I have been typing in 3 workouts to see how many calories i've burned. When I go a day back on my calendar, or even if I just go back to the present day a few hours later, I am missing some of my workouts but my burned calories are still the same amount. When I go to retype the data i've lost, for some reason the calories go down... Imma confused

I've been working in an IT position for the past 8 years, and I didn't get a lot of exercise. I'm changing that now with the help of Traineo. I'm looking for my 6 pack.. it's in there somewhere...

I haven't experienced that myself. It sounds to me like a Traineo support issue.

I'm basically trying to get in shape and be healthy...
diaryofthefatman.blogspot.com
I like participating in sports but I want to be more competitive. Also I'm with Kevin Spacey from American Beauty - good reason :)
I'm looking to lose about a hundred lbs in the course of a year, and basically to just consistently get better. And I love comments and messages, so keep 'em coming!
I talk about goal setting a lot, how about I actually set some?
Well it's time to revisit goals... I didn't do too well with my end of year plans, but learned some things and changed my plans up a bit as I went along. During the 5-7 weeks of the year, I was able to put on about 8-10lbs of muscle, and stay at the same actual weight. The plan is to start the Strong Lifts 5X5 program to supplement the Couch to 5K program, and that should last the next 8-12 weeks.
I'm updating goals as well. Lowering cholesterol remains a goal, and I'll find out about that at the end of August.
Been bouncing around a bit, but getting a little stricter again and will monitor that over the next 3-4 weeks. I feel poised to really lose some weight again, so I'm looking forward to the healthy eating and additional exercise.

No, I've done this before... You can only enter up to 3 workouts, and you have to switch to another before inputting the info... Once you enter the info for your first workout, then you have to choose "workout 2" at the top and enter the info for that. Once you have that data entered, choose "workout 3" at the top to enter that information.

Hi, everyone. My name is Brandi. I'm 26 years old and am going to marry my best friend in the world, David. I had lost 40lb, was 7lbs away from my goal, and a few personal issues came about...
I went from walking 4 miles a day, 6 times a week and up/down 14 flights of stairs 2 times a week to nothing and gaining all my weight (and then some) back.
I have recently been diagnosed with patellar tracking disorder that does not allow me to do many stairs or run at all. Therefore, I am forced to walk, bike, weight training, cardio and use the elliptical which allows me many options.
After missing my last goal, I want to get it straight this time. My wonderful fiance has lost a lot of weight as well and has run two half marathons and a triatholon. He has another one in February and it running the Ironman 70.3 in October. I can't do what he does but I at least want to be able to join him in being active. I want to be healthy with him. :-)
My goal is to be at my ideal weight 3 months before our wedding day; August 15, 2009. We have already made a pact that I will NOT get married unless I meet this goal. That means some pretty pissed off guests if I don't. So, I have a lot of motivation now and can use even more!

I've had the same issue and I've been using traineo for a while. I only had this issue recently. I do all the workouts in order but go back to another day and the total calories are correct but the workout itself isn't listed. Sounds like a support issue.

I'm a vegetarian, trying to be better at eating whole foods and exercising 6 days per week. I've been off this site for a while, but I think I'm back for the long haul. Wish me luck!
My rewards for goal weights:
200 pounds: Order a body fat % calculator (I've been wanting one for awhile)
190: I can buy $40.00 of books that I've been wanting lately
180: He'll buy me a wedding band (we just recently got married, and at first I didn't want one to wear with my engagement ring, but I've changed my mind. So now we're making it a reward).
170: Professional full body massage (If you've never had this done, DO IT -- it's amazing).
160: New clothes (because my old ones -- even my old skinny clothes -- probably won't be fitting at this point).
150: Here's the grand prize -- we're going to go to either Africa or Europe! My husband grew up in Africa, and we've been talking about going for a long time. He has a lot of family there, and he hasn't been himself in several years. However, if that doesn't work out, then we'll go to Europe for a couple weeks. I'm SOOOOO excited, I've been wanting to go back for years and now I've finally convinced him to go!

I've been having this issue recently, as well. I'm not sure what the problem is.

They are having issues with their code. I went to change the date on a workout today and instead of showing teh calendar, it showed a mini version of my profile. So, I think they have a few bugs to work through...
