This concept saddens and angers me; please don't do it!

just kidding

Would HIIT be one workout, or a modifier for any other workout? HIIT Elliptical, HIIT Running, HIIT Biking, etc... If I do HIIT, i just use the base workout at 'Hard' level. What does everyone think is the best way to handle this?

For me, I reckon that if a person is giving max output for as long as possible, then recovering and doing it again, it really doesn't matter what the activity is, non?

When I enter my HIIT workouts here, I just add up the fast running minutes and enter them as "really hard", (be it running or ellipticlin)', and then enter a 2nd workout with the sum minutes of the fast-walking/recovery intervals.

Not sure how accurate it is, but for me, it's more about geettin at 'er than knowing the exact digital estimations of the caloric values of my drops of sweat.

It'd just be less of a PITA if HIIT were to be added to the list, heheh...

When my heart rate touches 92-93% , i enter in "really hard "coz its not getting higher than that! Other times- hard!
