Hi All, a friend of mine has lost his login details and can't get in to post his chubby progress.
Naturally, since he can't login he can't post here
He's tried the 'contact us' tab to no avail, does the email queue need a kick? can one of the support guys have a look for me? thanks

I'm a grad student. I am trying to lose about 20 lbs to ease my knee pain.
I do cardio/weights 4-5 times a week. I also bike 7-8 miles on my daily commute. I love to work out, but boy do I love food, too... :-)

This problem has been going on since mid-December. I tried repeatedly to reset the password on my account, to no avail. The e-mails weren't in my Spam folder; they just weren't arriving at all.
I finally gave up and created a new account.

You two don't use Hotmail by any chance? My chum does, I tried out the forgotten password linky using my own (yahoo based) account and the email came through pretty quickly.

I use Hotmail.... The thing is, I've forgotten my password before, and I received the reset e-mail in my Hotmail account just fine then. Now I do not receive anything; I believe the problem is on the Traineo end.

Thanks chaps, I think he's he's going to re-signup, the account is only 10 days old, so not really a big loss, but a frustration all the same.

I had to sign in on my wife's account to submit this post because I'm having the same problem with not getting a password reset email using the "forgot password" feature. I signed up about 4 or 5 days ago so I wouldn't mind creating a new account but I would really like to use my main email address.
I've tried contacting traineo twice using the Contact Us form but they won't respond. Does anyone from the Traineo staff monitor these boards?

They used to be very good according to a friend of mine who turned me on to this. The CEO and some developers were always responding & very vocal. But lately, bad performance and slow response makes me wonder if this is going to be an orphan site once their hostin $ is due...
Hope not.

I haven't gotten any emails from Traineo since the new year and I have gmail. Before I was getting one every time someone sent me a message or posted to a thread that I subscribed to or posted on my wall. Now nada. I hope they fix this. It is frustrating.

Words to live by: "Now's the time to grab the steering wheel of your life. Delve deep within yourself and take responsibility for your health and behavior. Ask yourself hard questions and face the truth of what needs to be done. Weight loss is not always easy or fair but you are the only one that can lose weight for you. Take a turn for the better!"
Goals: 1) Lose ~45 pounds 2) Work out at least 6 days a week 3) Eat healthier consistently
I will reward myself at the following weights: 235, 230, 225, 220, 215, 205, 200, 195
I will reassess my goals after I have met the above goals.

Hi All -
Thanks for your patience regarding these issues. We're in the process of upgrading our server hardware due to the dramatic increase in traffic since the New Year.
I can confirm we're going to get the messaging up and running ASAP.
Thanks so much for your patience and support!

Just want to say thanks to Jim for getting this thread started for me - I've still not recieved anything - although it's good to see a response from Alisdair.
In the end I started a new account with a new email address - as soon as my pw gets emailed I can close the old account.
On this note - anyone else think it's weird that my group admin has rights to accept group members but cannot remove them?? I curently feature twice in my group

It was working before, for some folks, and not others, and some had delays, all very peculiar....
