About 13 months ago, I joined Traineo and had some great success. See the “Past Goals” at the bottom…
After starting a new job, and going through some stressful stuff in my life, I lost steam and stopped going to the gym for about month, minus a little running and the occasional round of push-ups and sit-ups. After a couple attempts I finally got back on track and was doing well, even in the wake of the birth of my first child.
But then I went back to work, got a little sick, and got out of my routine. I knew I would be leaving home for a couple of months for training, so I decided to let the gym go to maximize the time I had left with my wife and son.
Now I'm away, and will try to squeeze working out into my tight training schedule. Wish me luck!
Phase 2.5 (ACCOMPLISHED!): Get back into a routine and accomplish 3 - 4 work outs a week in July. (Maintain from 17 July 08 - 15 Aug 08)
Phase 2.8 (ACCOMPLISHED!): Get back to the level of strength I had at the peak of phase 2 and add leg work outs to the mix, I’ve been neglecting my legs. (Target date 15 Sept 08)

Issue 1: I met my goal, but the site didn't say "goal met" just "0 LBS to go".
Issue 2: Now that I met my goal, my new goal is to gain 10-12 lbs of muscle and lower my my body fat %... But...
Traineo will not let you set a goal of gaining weight. Anyone have any ideas? I like this site, it's helped me lose weight, but now I need it to help me in other ways... I'd hate to think I've outgrown the site and that it no longer serves a purpose for me... I count on the day to day interaction and tracking methods to stay focused.
Issue 3: Will you ever make it so motivators can see custom charts/logs?

Issue 1: Not sure whether this is the problem but if you set a goal of 180 pounds and you entered 180.1 pounds, I think traineo will say 0 lbs to go until you actually enter 180.0 pounds.
Issue 2: I have a goal set of gaining weight, not sure why you couldn't do it. Is there an "update target" link in the upper right of your profile section?
Issue 3: meh, I can't answer that.

Looking to add some muscle over the next few months. Trying to get in those calories and focusing on the compound lifts. We'll see how it all goes :)

INput more than 2 pounds below your target weight. Should then allow you to update your new goal (maybe next day you can if it wont today).
My goal is set for gaining weight. +10 pounds so far... only 17 more to go.

OK, sounds like it's just a glitch, I'll give it a try (putting it below my orginal goal) Thanks folks... I'll let you know if it works. But to be clear, I put 180 as the original goal and made it to 180...
Copy and pasting the charts would be defeating the whole purpose of this site I think, but thanks for the suggestion none the less.

I set my weight as 179.9 and now my goal is met...
OK, and now it'll let me do 190 lbs for some odd reason... what ever...
LOL!
Now if we could just get those custom charts viewable to others and find a way of tracking BF% I'd be all set...
