Is there any way to enter 0 for your work out that day? - if you don't do anything.

Wouldn't you just not enter anything, and it'll skip that day in your graph? That's what I do...

Yeah, I put 5 minutes of easy something just to put something in. I want to put something in so that I'll be able to look at the graph and see the point way down there. In other words, if I don't put anything, it's like it doesn't exist, if I put zero, I can tell I didn't do anything. I was just wondering if there was a zero option. (Hope that made sense.)

Makes sense to me. I can not workout for 10 days, but it won't show on the graph that I've been lazy, so I stopped using it. Probably better to just put a low amount like Dave suggested. Thanks.

can you try entering 0 calories? i know you can enter your own selected amount of calories or it might just skip or have a space in your graph trend when you dont work out.
