When you log your workouts theres a dotted line going through, does this mean the recommended calories burnt per day kinda thing?

It shows an average trend if I'm not mistaken.

Average trend? As in my average trend or the average of what you're supposed to burn a day?

average trend means it is halfway between the lowest amount of calories you burned one day and highest amount of calories you burned another day. it has nothing to do with what you are supposed to burn in a day. it is your own trend that you are setting.

its whatever you want. some days im below and some days im higher. there is no right or wrong. it is the work you are doing that the line is tracking.

it wont always be. some days it will some days it wont. you need to work up to a high number. "high" is relative plus the calorie number isnt accurate anyway. if you are doing 30 minutes it wont be that high. also, you should be doing this not just for a calorie burn. if you are doing it just for a calorie burn it is going to be hard to maintain it for a lifestyle.
