I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and was hoping I could add the workout that I did today. Do you recommend using another martial art (I'm guessing Karate or TKD) or is there a way to modify this list myself?

Obviously there's literally infinite workout types, and I don't expect you to cover niche options, but will (or can) users maintain their own lists?

Hi Matthew, Jiu Jitsu is now an option.

If anyone else has any workouts which aren't listed which they would like to see listed, please post them here!

How about dancing? I swing dance a lot and always end up drenched in sweat and pretty worn out after a couple hours... it seems like pretty good exercise to me.

You can now select Dancing as an option!

How about fencing? I'm a foilist, and it'd be great to be able to accurately record that.

I do 8-Minute Abs every day, which is a really quick and intense ab workout. How should I list that when I'm entering my daily workouts?

Thanks
-Emily
