Hi there. I have an account on traineo for which I lost my password. I tried getting it via the lost password dialog but I have not received an email and it's been about 4 hours. I have retried but still no go.

How I can get my password sent to me. This account is one I had to make with another email address that I do not wish to use (The email address will disappear soon).

The same thing happened to me. I tried to get it sent to me for about 3 weeks (trying often to have it sent) and finally got it today!
