Does anyone know what to do when you don't exercise--I can't figure out how to enter 0 there and don't want the "average" to reflect workouts I haven't completed.

Any hints?

Thanks,

Brandon

Great Question... I have been leaving it blank... and not recording anything...

But that seems to not be counting in the average--are we getting creit for workouts we're not doing then?

I think the best option is to put 5min Walking at an Easy intensity as unless you live at home you probably did that walking to your car leaving work.

1 min easy walking is what I have been recording all the time, and will continue to do until a blank entry counts as zero.
