Edit: Topic should read 'Motivator Requests not sending', not reports. Oops!

Hi,

I just signed up to Traineo today. I've sent multiple external motivator requests to people all over the world on various email addresses (exchange based mail, hotmail, yahoo) and non of them seem to be getting through.

I work in IT so I tried to send myself one and tracked the message; nothing hit our exchange server at any point so I'm guessing it's not sending mails at all.

Can someone take a look at this?

I'm having the same problem, signed up yesterday and no motivator requests have gone out. I sent an email to the Traineo peeps and haven't heard back yet. I was a little dicouraged to also see that the weekly reports to motivators have had incorrect data for many people.

Seems like a vital part of making this all work so I really hope they get it up and running.

Yeah, not working for me either. At least this isn't isolated.
