Hi guys,
I have just signed up so may be missing the completely obvious. I am happy with my body weight, so am not really too bothered about losing any by a certain date. I would like to lose body fat though and increase my flexibility and cardio fitness. Is there any way I can have this as a goal instead of weight loss. If this site does't cater for that- do you know anywhere that does?
