Hi guys,
I have just signed up so may be missing the completely obvious. I am happy with my body weight, so am not really too bothered about losing any by a certain date. I would like to lose body fat though and increase my flexibility and cardio fitness. Is there any way I can have this as a goal instead of weight loss. If this site does't cater for that- do you know anywhere that does?

You could plot your body fat under the "My Logs" tab since there is no way to change that to your goal.

Hi Lorren, I don't think you're missing anything. Goal tracking in traineo is weight-oriented, but like CI said the logs and forums are still useful even if you're not trying to lose weight. Welcome to traineo
