Hey guys,
A couple of things have been acting a bit weird in terms of entering and storing data for me.
Displaying the graphs of the main outcome measures (weight, exercise, and diet) works just fine, and I can adjust the date range to show what I want to see, that's good. But my "logs", i.e. my secondary outcomes, only show me a fixed range of the last few days and I can't adjust them.
Secondly, when I click on the logs graphs "zoom" button it brings me the ajax-y dropdown at the top of the page, but the "zoom" button stays there. Does it do anything? I can't get it to. Also I want these graphs to have the same date-ranging thing that the primary measures do.
Thirdly, when I downloaded my data as a CSV file there were several weight scores listed as 0, and there were large chunks of missing data i.e. my diet, and "logs".
I do like the site very much but these are quite serious flaws in data management, I'd appreciate your help.
Thanks
Paul (2 inches off my waist since joining...)

Hi Paul -
Thanks for your message. I'm sorry for the frustration with the custom logs section of the site. We're going to look into this and also take a look at the data loss issue.
Could you confirm if your data is showing up in your account but just not in the .CSV download?
Apologies and thanks for your patience! Great job with your fitness progress so far btw.

Thanks; yes it works fine when I go back through with the web system, but it loses data in the CSV. Can email you if you like.

I lost 7 kilos in the first phase of my training, perfect, and lowered my fat percentage down to 8.59%, great! The next phase is to start integrating my 'Exergaming' program and begin to slowly increase my bodyweight to 70kg (its currently around 68.5). I want to do this while maintaining or even reducing my bodyfat levels. The first phase relied heavily on controlled eating (portion control), this next phase is more to do with controlled training and exercise while maintaining a stable diet. Wish me luck and good management. :)

Yes same here, I've created a large number of customised logs beginning from May. The data from only the last few days to a week or so shows up, everything before that is lost.
The existing logs, such as BMI work fine by the way, in fact this is the only log file saving data continuously and reliably.

Okay, an amendment to my above message. The BMI log does NOT in fact save data any longer than any other log file, it just seems that way as I update BMI everyday. The max time span for any personal log file seems to be 2 weeks, any data before that is lost! This is extremely disappointing as I created log files of my body dimensions, waist, chest etc and all the original information is now lost.
Since I became aware of this system fault, I have created my own excel sheet. This makes it very hard now to recommend this site whole-heartedly as nobody wants to lose data related to their fitness/weight/weightloss progression.....please fix this issue asap!

Weight loss is a long road, but one that's already paid huge dividends, and hopefully one that will continue to pay many more.

I am still very upset by this myself. When will this be fixed?
