I have about 2 months of daily weigh-ins that I've tried to enter into traineo.
My experience has been extremely trying. So much so that I've given up on trying to do this and will continue to track my weight elsewhere.
What happens is that when I pick a date, it seems like traineo will actually show me the day before. If I try 'next' or 'previous' day from there nothing happens. But sometimes traineo will actually switch to the day I specified to jump to in the calendar. So sometimes it seems impossible to pick a certain day.
Frankly its a mess and not worth my time to enter the data. I guess the focus is on tracking current data. But it makes me think that if I forget to update traineo and try to enter this a few days later that I will start to run into problems.
I was excited about traineo when I first started to use it, but now I am not so excited and wonder whether its a prudent investment of my time to enter data here.

Joe -
Thank you for posting this message and I'm sorry to hear you're having issues entering data...it's obviously very frustrating and we are addressing this immediately.
We're taking a look at this issue and suggest using the date picker ('Jump to Date') rather than the previous and next day toggles. Could you also kindly let us know which kind of browser and version you are using.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Started NutriSystem on 3/10/07 to lose weight. Continue to weight train and adding more cardio. Primary goal is to drop the weight. Once the weight is off, then I will intensify the strength training.

I was having similar problem, IE 7
I could switch dates but then had to hit the refresh to actually get it to display the correct target date.

I'll try again this evening.
I use Firefox, usually the latest (non-beta) version.

Hmm, Actually I just tried jumping around to a few dates and it is still messed up. Based on Vern's posting I tried refreshing the screen and it looks like he is absolutely right. It seems like using the calendar to jump to dates might actually be jumping to the date I want but just displaying an incorrect date.
Well either that or its not jumping to the correct date. Not really possible to tell definitively.
So this is definitely still an issue.

On the left, we have the current virtual "Jem", and on the right, the virtual "New Jem" at target weight! Hope I can make it happen! I should add that I am a "Domestic Goddess", but my passion is genealogy.

I'm using IE 6.0 and almost always when I go to "my profile" then "edit profile", then "jump to date" I don't get the calendar at all; I get part of my profile page repeated where the calendar should be... really weird and frustrating. It takes an age to get the infoi where it should be.
Also sometimes the date is all over the place - when I come to the site after a day or so, the date is way out of whack and I find I accidentally typed over the info from a week or so ago (though I didn't change the date myself, it was just 'there'!)

Thanks Jem - we believe we've resolved the issue and sorry again for the hassle.
I believe it was related to a time issue so we're going to monitor things to make sure it doesn't occur at a strange time of day. Please let us know if you find things acting erratically at another time of day!
Have a great week of fitness!

Hi,
The problem of clicking the calendar link and getting a portion of the profile page instead of a calendar is still happening for me (OS X/Safari).
It seems to happen if I get to my profile via the "Edit your profile and privacy settings" link on my profile page (http://user.traineo.com/aboutme)
If, however, I use the big Home tab link at the top of the navbar (http://www.traineo.com/home), the calendar link works fine.
