In the last couple of years I've put on about 31 lbs, what makes me feel miserable. :( I've been exercising a lot - what is good -, but not doing fine when talking about eating. I need motivation, that's why I'm here! :)
Thanks to my "motivator" Jennie, I have decided to set mini-goals for myself: *GOAL 1 = 130 lbs, Target Date = 26/03/07, Date Met = TBD *GOAL 2 = 122 lbs, Target Date = 21/05/07, Date Met = TBD *GOAL 3 = 114 lbs, Target Date = 16/07/07, Date Met = TBD *GOAL 4 = 106 lbs (ultimate goal!), Target Date = 10/09/07, Date Met = TBD

How do I delete weight? I input weight on the wrong date (I was not even a member at that time!) and can't delete it anyway!

I'm not a yo-yo dieter, I'm a stress dieter. Last winter I lost 45 lbs. planning a cross state move. This past fall and winter I have gained 25 of it back planning adn struggling through a divorce. I let myself go and stopped making even the small healthy choices I had been making last year. Now its time to take care of myself again.

just change it to 0 you can change the calendar to whatever day you want and adjust from there.

Sorry. I've already tried (again and again) and it doesn't work!

I agree...help! Just the ability to blank a day of weight would be extremely helpful!

Transplant to Seattle from St. Louis. Use to cycle pretty competitive a few years back but gave it all up for a sexy job working out of a cube for a bank.
Aside from the obvious health benefits, realizing if I don't make a change now I'll be forced to buy a new wardrobe.

Looks like the Traineo.com survey came just in time to list "things you think can be improved"

I'm also trying to do this! Just like you, I entered my weight on the wrong day. Zeroing it doesn't work. I e-mailed Traineo about a week ago, and haven't heard anything since.
