However, with a heavy heart, I've had to swallow my pride and accept that I'm just too old to realise my aspirations of the professional ranks. My backup plan is to become a cioccolatere (in Italia)... So I'll be keeping my cycling-up, to avoid the consequences of a sweet-tooth!
