Rachael gave you some great tips. 

The next thing to do is to realize, that today is a whole new day.
A new beginning. 
So you fell off, you know probably every one here on this site has at one time or another. And nothing says we won&amp;#039;t have days that we do now.
Its about finding what works for you and doing it, 
One day at a time, one meal at a time.
Its about small changes.

A good first step that I recommend to a lot of people is to start counting calories.  Once you start to understand portion size and content a little better (maybe after 2 weeks or so), watch your carb/protein/fat ratios a little more closely - mainly you just want to make sure you are getting enough protein and not too much fat.
