Last night I was with some friends and we had McD's for dinner. It tasted gross, but we had been rock climbing (indoors) for like 3 hours and I was starving, so I ate my 4 pc nuggets and small fries, and then some of my friend's fries (with a diet coke).

Then today, not only did we not do the mile in gym (I love the mile), but I was with my mother and friend and we had this AMAZING pizza from a nearby pizzeria, and I ate too much, to the point where I just -know- if I go running, I'll barf all over people's lawns.

Back on tract tomorrow, I hope. I know I'll be pushing extra hard during my run.

I haven't had McDonald's in more than a year.
And I've cut out soda, so now when I drink it on occasion, its too much for me.

The rock gym doesn't sell like... power bars? Those aren't too bad. And you can't feel too guilty because after rock climbing, you burn a ton of calories anyway.

You could feel gross though. The big M is mighty greasy

I miss my indoor rock climbing wall...

Joys of living in a small town...

Had some great arm strength while doing it and kept my body weight in check as each pound REALLY puts the hurt on your fingers/hands/etc.

As far as McDonald's i'll cheat occasionally.

Just try to keep your goals in mind and live according to them. If you plan around meals you can enjoy them but just have to limit what we eat sometimes.

Keep up the hard work
