Has anyone tried it?

Ive seen adverts and heard people talk about it as a way to help focus on a healthier lifestyle.

Yes.................I know that we have to do it for ourselves, and we need to use self control, but I wondered if there was anything in it, I need to get a control on my wonky mindset, wondered if it was a viable option.

Did you watch Supersize vs. Superskinny on Channel 4 when it was on a while back? The girl on that, can't remember her name, who was trying out all different ways of losing weight went to a hypnotist - and according to her it really worked!!!

I was thinking about trying it after seeing that episode, but never did... I know it is hard but you can probably change your mindset by yourself if you really try! People give up smoking without seeing a hypnotist, it's the same thing really...

But if willpower fails I reckon it might be a good option!!!

Understanding what hypnosis is and is not will help you to see a more clear connection between the mind and your weight. Everyone knows that to lose weight you need to eat less and exercise more. It is also clearly established that dieting does not work in any long term way

You can retrain your brain on what to eat/when to eat it. I have heard of people quitting smoking through hypnotherapy. I say if it's that hard to lose the weight, you got nothing to lose but fat, so go for it.
