Goals:
1) Lose ~45 pounds
2) Work out at least 6 days a week
3) Eat healthier consistently

I will reward myself at the following weights: 240, 235, 230, 225, 220, 215, 205, 200, 195, 190

I will reassess my goals after I have met the above goals.
