Yeah, everyone knows that proprietary diet foods are chock full of alien spores, meant to infest humans and take over their minds.
However, alien spores have only been tested for symbiotic compatibility on humans. They have a nasty tendency to make heads and/or thoraxes explode in other non-human species, like puppies and fish.
