I believe, since all sides (planar) are parallel, that it must be a cube...

though this wiki seems to imply something else... hmmm... back to work origins...

a square is definitely a parallelogram (rectangle)... the analogy that works for a lot of things in life - a square is a rectangle but the reverse is not true.

@Edit - Bean, perhaps you are thinking of a rhombus?
