I've been active my entire life. From growing up playing soccer, rowing in college, and seriously lifting since high school, I am not mystified over the exceedingly simple relationship between strenuous exercise and eating a sensible diet, and being fit.
Current stats:
Immersing myself into full-blown German Volume Training.

hey jericho, i was reading that only 1% of women and only 20% of men can bench press 135 lbs. i was really surprised by that. according to another site, it lists 135lbs as the level that "untrained" lifters are at. seems a bit of a contradiction....

I don't believe this. I am a bit of a weed on the weights as I haven't been near the iron in a long while but this sounds a bit low

You could be where I am now in 2 years, but you'll have to have ironclad motivation.
I bet that you cant do it, now go out there and get angry and bend some damn iron. Just remember to eat your protein and lift heavy shit. Best of luck.
I'll give you 2 years to get to a combined 1235, you get there and I'll send you 5lbs of whey. I'm sure I'll still be around here in 2 years, but you go ahead and write this one down in case I forget.
Also, I'll go double or nothing with you that I'll be at 1364 in 2 years, which will put me into Elite for the raw category at 198 lbs...it's your call.
Jericho, you're a choir boy compared to me.

Are you talking 1235lbs total for workout weight or 1 rep max? I assume you're including benchpress in the total (yep, looks like it from your profile) because if you're squatting and deadlifting 1235 total... heh.
Either way, jeez... I'm barely pushing 750lbs for my workout weight for the big three, but that's with front squats... I'm pretty confident I could bump that up to maybe just over 800lbs total with back squats. I never really thought to set my goals based on the total, but that seems like a fun idea, I think I'll aim for a 1k total in the short term.

And now that I'm grown I eat five dozen eggs
So I'm roughly the size of a barge!"

You're in an extremely high risk situation, Jericho. That should've been explained to you.

Quoting: Bourblaster which will put me into Elite for the raw category at 198 lbs
Not to derail the e-peen measuring tape contest, but is there any particular reason you're aiming at 198lbs? I've seen that number mentioned before (by you I'm pretty sure) but I'm wondering if it's just an arbitrary goal you set for yourself, or if it's some standard that I'm not aware of (yet)!
I eat pieces of sh*t like you for breakfast!
(If it takes more than a few hours for someone to hit me with the proper retort I'll be pretty disappointed in the Traineo community!)

198 is the powerlifting weight category I seem to most naturally fall into.
I was mistaken though, Masters is 1354, Elite is 1471 at a BW of 198. Guess I have a bit more work cut out for me.
Cliff, you'll have to give us a break. You did post at 2am EST.

I'm sorry to get involved in this, but that quote is totally wrong Here's the real one:
Chubbs: They never let me play on the pro tour.
Happy Gilmore: Oh I'm sorry Because your black?
Chubbs: HELL no. Damn alligator bit my hand off!
Happy Gilmore: OH MY GOD!
My brother and sister quote that movie to death!

Yeah, but if you were paying attention you would notice a distinctly Arnold Schwarzenegger and Predator theme to these pictures, that is why I replaced "alligator" with "predator." I took double advantage of the fact that a happy gilmore actor was used recently, and Carl Weathers was in both movies.
It was a brilliant gambit.
