Success is not a race, be patient. Success leads to success. Success is always a work in progress. Success doesn't come to you--you go to it. Success is a journey, not a destination. Focus on the process. Some people dream about success... while others wake up and work hard at it. Success is achieved and maintained by those who try-and keep trying. Everyday is a good day to SUCCEED! If at first you don't succeed-try, try again

Last few days, I have been having terrible nausea in the mornings up until lunch time blahhhh...at first, I think it is because I have an empty stomach so I will eat some whole grain cereal for breakfast and then some fruit but the feeling returns and its awful...(DEFINATELY NOT PREGNANT) it accompanies some dizziness as well so am wondering if it is my high blood pressure meds..maybe the dosage needs to be cut or stopped...Off to the Doc I think....

My Dad used to get dizzy and sick from his high blood pressure meds. The dosage was too high and it cranked his blood pressure down to low levels.
You are right to see a doctor.

I go through periods of dizziness and what not and it usually is just a combo of my low calorie diet and days when I don't drink enough water. If I eat a decent amount and drink all the water I feel fine.

You should ALWAYS eat some type of Grains for breakfast...
Your body needs them to keep your Metabolism burning.
Especially if you are on Blood pressure Meds. Try drinking more water prior to workout.
If you are doing cardio and puke... try slowing it up just a bit.
If it is a really hard work out.... You sometimes do puke.
Try not get to that point... acids in your throat are not good for the health of your throat let alone stomach.
If it continues ...DEFINATELY CONTACT YOUR DR.

Samantha,
Here's hoping that your improved lifestyle is getting your BP levels in check, and that you do indeed have a cutting back of meds on the horizon.
Let us know what the good doctor has to say after taking some readings.

I agree with going to the doctor but also make sure you are drinking enough water. I'm on a bunch of heart meds too and if I don't drink enough water i get nausea too.
Good luck, keep us updated and take care of yourself.
