Hi there, I don't know if it's as much widespread in the USA as in other countries, but anyways, do you go to carnival processions and/or parties?

This year I've only been to one party in my area so far, but the carnival-strongholds Cologne and Düsseldorf aren't far away from where I live. (I don't know if you can say that in english - I hope you understand me )

Because I was too cheap and lazy to buy a proper costume, i just picked a bib-and-brace overall out of our cellar and put some white paint into my face, so it (I :P) looked like that:

I can't say that I have ever celebrated or even heard of the 'carnival' parties and such like that. I will have to look into it.. seems like it could be fun.
