Hi. ... I've gotten a body trac machine from a friend - they said it was a pilates machine but i don't have any instructions or exercise guides. just wondering if anyone here would have any information on it. thanks

i've done web searches but all that comes up is the Stamina Body Trac rowing machine, which is not what i've got. it looks a lot like that total gym thing that Chuck Norris sells. I've even tried getting a DVD from them but i've gotten the run around from their web site and customer service people.
