Ok, this week I haven't had that huge of a weight loss when compared to the last few weeks, but I had a little triumph at the gym the other day that I needed to share here.

You skinny people won't relate unless you've been where I am, but listen to this:

The rowing machine. bend your knees, reach forward and pull back right? Well...

I can now go all the way forward WITHOUT having to bend my knees to the side to make room for my stomach!

YES!!!

There is nothing worse then getting on the bike and kicking your own stomach up and down.

^5 Spyke its the little things like this acheivement that are the best results. Even if you hit a plateu you will still have other measurments that will give you the needed boost to continue. For me it was going from a snugg 44 to a 38 that made me proud. Again great job.

Spyke! Great job!! That's really exciting. I HATE it when my stomach gets in the way! Soon we will all have flat awesome stomachs! We just have to stick with it!!
