As I sit here hating my job and posting on Traineo, I was wondering what methods that everyone finds best when it comes to job searching. Do you mostly use monster.com, careerbuilder.com, applying directly through corporate websites, job fairs, etc...

It is time for my second job out of college. I have been here 2 years and have done my time, lol.

that's funny that you mention that, because I have been sitting at work all day today trying to figure out how to find a different job. I looked at monster.com, but surprisingly craigslist.com sometimes has jobs listed.

I'm mostly looking for a new job because right now we're spending over 400 dollars per month on gas for a 1hour each way commute. It's not worth it.

If you find any other leads for jobs, let me know!

I have been applying to mad jobs on craigslist. Nothing is coming of it though. I am starting to think I suck, lol. I have my bachelor's degree in marketing, two solid years in a corporate marketing department and I have no luck finding anything. Maybe it is just tough to get a job right now.

Craigslist for me. I found my fitness center part-time job there and I love it.

However, I am at a point in my life, where I want to find a full-time job I love doing. I am tired of working for "big corporations".

I keep tossing around the idea of freelancing my web development skills.

Keeping in touch and networking via LinkedIn. A personal recommendation from an insider can rocket you to the top of that resume pile.

They say the best way to get a job is to know somebody. But I've also gotten jobs through career fairs and randomly looking places up in the phone book. Haha!

Have you tried searching USAJobs?

It's a listing of U.S. federal job opportunities. Lot's of open enrollment positions.
