Hi all -

I get the podcast from the podrunner group here on traineo (http://www.djsteveboy.com/podrunner.html), but let's be real - hearing the same thing every workout gets boring

Anyone know where I can get music with fixed bps (preferably free )?

Spyke:
BPM or beats per minute music can be found all over the web and on iTunes. There are tons of it for free. Steve's is on iTunes also and he has many different mixes.

Yeah, music measured in "bps" would be a killer workout.

Spyke M,

Here's a free podcast from iTunes that should keep the heart pumping trying to keep up:

Stephanie - do you have the actual feed links for those podcasts? I'm on a Linux machine and don't use iTunes, and your links require iTunes...

I think you can right-click those podcasts in iTunes and get the properties somewhere, that should give you the feed links.

Thanks in advance!!
