grep - traineo Newbie Posts: 17 grep - I decided enough was enough at 126kg (278lbs) and joined traineo soon after when I reached 122kg. I was going okay for a few weeks but I had trouble finding the time to exercise. I'm re-motivated again and my goal is to loose 50kgs (110lbs) whilst signifcantly improving exercise levels, diet and my fitness. I'm a Software Engineer. [Edit: since posting my original profile I ballooned to 129.5kgs but I'm now back on track]	# Posted: 7 Oct 2006 15:18 Hi all, I've been a member of traineo for a couple of days and so far the posts here have helped me to keep motivated. I had the experience of trying on a 2XXL shirt today and it didn't fit - which has only motivated me more! I look forward to learning about great strategies for weight loss, diet and fitness. You are not alone in this. I've got a whole wardrobe full of pants that I can't wear because they are still too small for my waistline, but they have been joined by a few that are now too large on me. I managed to lose a lot of weight before getting married 2 years ago, but have since gained most of it back. I hope to find new motivation on this site, and hopefully make some new friends. This time I want to lose weight and keep it off. I want to ride bikes, climb mountains, play volleyball on the beach, I want to feel great! I had a great pair of pants that were my motivator but they've sadly gone out of style before I lost enough weight to get into them. Now I'm looking for another milestone motivator. Love Australia - lived there for a several years. I'd move back in a heart beat.
