I always thought I ate reasonably healthy and that I worked out OK... how wrong I was!
I have never been really overweight - for 5'' 4 (162cm?) the heaviest I have been is 62 kg. Hence the illusion that I don't eat badly. The one kilogram I have lost may not mean much numerically, but my life underwent quite a big change
I started properly training at the end of August. Three sessions with a personal trainer a week and additional two or three cardio sessions per week and now I can run non-stop for 25 minutes. Quite an improvement compared to about two minutes two months ago
I started counting calories and realized that I had just been eating too much. Now I think it's normal to eat veggies for a meal (you couldn't force me to eat broccoli for all Bill Gates' money) but now I have steamed broccoli with cheese sauce for lunch and am quite happy with it

'I am not a bloody rabbit' was my motto only two months ago...
I eat at least a bowl of veggies per day, all sweets/ refined carbs/ drinks are cut out, and my treat is either a rice cake with some honey or fat-free yoghurt. And although I've only lost a kilo, I am one size smaller
Losing weight or having a better form is nothing compared to other changes I have experienced - I am perfectly functional with about 6-7 hours of good sleep per day, I concentrate so much better, and am never tired. I learned to cook better as well ;) so my eat-out bill is much lower. Steamed veggie with cheese sauce takes about five minutes to make, and ten times cheaper than any other food I can get outside!
So it's been a great month with traineo.
