2) Yes. I weigh myself in the morning and log it to see progress. Your body isn&amp;#039;t bloated from food or liquid. By the time you wake up (hopefully) everything is digested and just about ready to... pass.

So, yes, you are at your lightest. My scale said 179.8!  I now weigh the same as my previous &amp;quot;fattest ever&amp;quot; weight back in college, but have nearly 20 lbs more muscle on my frame.  

Honestly I am thrilled that I haven&amp;#039;t gained weight the last few weeks.  My friend&amp;#039;s wedding over Memorial Day weekend has prompted several feasts.
