I've slowed down a good bit in the last 6 weeks thanks to bridal showers, court case win celebration, car club cookouts, and parent's visiting, but overall I'm pleased with my progress.

This is a graph from my body fat tracking log, which I started a few weeks after joining Traineo.

how do you measure bf with a tape measure? you mean skin calipers?

There are bf formula's based off body measurements. Can google.

IMHO i'm a bigger fan of calipers but thats an art in many ways. Tracking measurements tho helps to see thei mprovements that sometimes hide when one gains muscle but loses fat.
