Another great transformation story from BodyBuilding.com!

Even more remarkable is that Tatyana suffers from Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome. Despite that, she lost 60lbs and is now a fitness model and competitive bodybuilder.

She's gorgeous, but I'd guess she's a good bit heavier than 30% in her "before" picture.

It looks to me that she spent about 2 years slimming down to the low 20's % BF, and once she got there it was about 9 months or so getting ripped.

Her diet is pretty low carb; about 1.5-2.0:1 Protein to Carb ratio.

I would have to agree with you, Angie. I'm two inches taller than she is. When I was 218, I was 44% body fat, and I was probably comparable to the size in her before picture. Her results are probably more impressive than shown!

I worry about the impact of exercise to my health, and I've only got borderline hypertension but no hard signs of actual cardiopulmonary disease. It's humbling to see someone with a serious heart defect and hospitalization record still make these incredible fitness gains.

No supplements other than l-glutamine either -- just pure healthy eating and exercise. Wow!
