If you would like to follow my weight loss via blogging, the link is http://nottie2hottie.blogstream.com Otherwise, here are my stats. Was 226 and got to 185 and just lingered. Then I kicked it up like crazy and I got down to 145. THEN, after slightly falling off the wagon and not working on myself, I'm ready to again. I hope to get into the 120s.

This isn't really a before and after... more like a before and DURING.
I still want to lose another 32 lbs, or so.

I work in the automotive field as a project manager. Sitting on my butt all day makes it get too big. I started traineo around Nov 1, 2006 at 205 lbs and have lost over 25 pounds! I want to be 169 lbs or below since that is a BMI below 25, although I don't know if my body will do that - I've always been a little "top heavy"
You can see though when you look over a year of weight data that I've hit a plateau of around 180-185 pounds. It's still keeping off the original 20-25 pounds but I would like to do more. I know I feel lighter and more agile at 175 pounds, so 169 pounds would be really lean for my build.

Very good work and great results! It's really paying off for you. You inspire me to work hard too!

My weight has gone up and down repeatedly in the last few years. I managed to lose a lot of weight before getting married 2 years ago, but have since gained most of it back.
I hope to find new motivation on this site, and hopefully make some new friends. This time I want to lose weight and keep it off. I'm trying to not think of it as a diet, but as a change in lifestyle.

Wow, that's an amazing difference Ashley, keep up the great work! I can only hope to have such a great "after" photo someday.

I am 29 years old and have grown passionate about fitness and health! Overall, I have lost and kept off a little over 40 pounds, and I have about 20 or so more that I would like to take off. This last year has been tough and distracting in many ways, and I am back to work now! I am revisiting Traineo, because this site and the people here were instrumental in helping me lose my original 40 pounds so I am back! I regret that because of time constraints I won't be able to be AS active in the forums as I used to, but I will certainly try to stay in there and reconnect with old friend as well as make new ones.
My fitness goals remain the same as before as I haven't achieved them yet: *GOAL 1 = 140 lbs Target Date = 7/31/08 Date Met = TBD CURRENT FITNESS GOALS: Run a 5K, improve flexibility enough to do the splits, be able to do 50 pushups in a row, be able to do a pull-up, learn to do a hand stand and then hand stand pushups. :)

My job is great but keeps me at my desk too much, and I'm the office chocoholic as well! I have decided that before my 40th birthday (this year) I will run a 5K. I have begun the training. Wish me luck!

I don't wear shorts in public either, because I'm so self-conscious about my legs! Yours look great. You shouldn't worry about wearing them at all!

I have lost over 100 pounds and maintained that loss since December of 2002. I lost using Weight Watchers and am still a member. In 2005 I was a Weight Watchers online success story and my weight loss has been featured in National Enquirer as well as in Women's Own (a weekly mag in the UK).
I changed my life completely from being an overeating couch potato to an athlete. I have run five full marathons, at least twice as many half marathons, a number of shorter races, and am currently training for my first ultra-marathon; a 50k in March 2007. My goal is to run a marathon in every state; 4 down, 46 plus DC to go (one of mine was in British Columbia). I also have done sprint triathlons and am very seriously considering a half ironman in 2007, if I can get a swim coach.

Okay, so I'm ONE POUND SHY (of the 10lbs more part)... But I'm sure when I wake up and hop on the scale it'll be there. Besides, I went out tonight, so I'd rather post while I have my hair done. lol
Here you are....
One on the left is me last Christmas about 195lbs, the other one is me tonight (12-04-06) after going out to a club. 149lbs.

Hello! My goal isn't weight related, it's fitness and diet related. I'm a 42 year old mother of three and very busy. I run 4 days a week 3-4 miles per run. Not a fast run, but a nice jog. I practice my own style of "yoga", listening to my body and giving attention where needed. I also do my own style of Pilates for core strength. I meditate at the end of every workout session for about 10 minutes.
I would like to improve my diet. I eliminated alcohol, caffiene, and soda about 10 days ago. Recently, I purchased a juicer and have been juicing and drinking approximately a gallon of water a day for the past 10 days.
I guess I'm doing a little detox! Feeling great so far and looking forward to hearing from the traineo community.

Damn Ashley, you've made some great progress. I can tell by your stance and facial expression in the "after" pics that you're feeling fantastic about it. Keep up the good work.

I'm in the Air Force, but, I am a little out of shape and overweight compared to most of my co-workers. I tend to procrastinate with doing any sort of exercise. I am hoping this website will put some pressure on me to get to my goal weight.
