This is *reverse* progress. I'm posting it anyway to remind myself what can happen when I slack off for 6 months. The first leaner pic is me around this time last year (14% BF), and the other is me today (18% BF).
Nothing puts your downward slide into perspective as the hard, cold evidence of pictures do. I should have done this months ago.

Gambatte, Itada, you got the powa and you'll kick it again.
And hey, you really don't have far to go to get back to your former line.
Onward, to Sweatsville!
(I'm about to head there myself in a lil while).

thanks for being honest. honesty is the first step. honestly, it is hard for me to see a big difference. but most importantly it is what you feel and see.

Wow, it really pays to take these progress photos!
I'm in a bit of a slump psychologically, since I've been off of weight lifting for nearly two months now after my wrist tendonitis.
14% or 15% body fat doesn't look too bad -- pretty much where I was last year. The fat really melts off when you watch your net calories.

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they haev to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary.
Impossible is NOTHING.

Progress photos are great, especially if you don't try to look at them until you need that psychological boost since it's hard to see the progress in the mirror day-by-day. I wasn't even trying to pump myself up when I put together my "before and after" (I hate the "after" part of that term, it implies completion... it should be "before and current" but that doesn't have the same ring heh...) Anyways when I put together my photos I got pretty fired up

at 18% you don't exactly look horrible.

"The Iron never lies to you. You can walk outside and listen to all kinds of talk, get told that you're a god or a total bastard. The Iron will always kick you the real deal. The Iron is the great reference point, the all-knowing perspective giver. Always there like a beacon in the pitch black. I have found the Iron to be my greatest friend. Wrist tendonitis? Argh! I feel your pain Itadaki. It's bloody impossible to keep body fat % down without those lovely heavy weights. Well, maybe not impossible, but certainly so much harder and a lot less fun. :P
Way to hold yourself to your goals. Very admirable.

Well, I'm stuck with no hunger pains at all.
all I have everyday is maybe a 300cal. lunch.
water all day..
walk 4 miles and basic crunches, sit ups, etc. for about 30 min.
it's making me sick.
I started out purging and dropped a dramatic amount of weight.
My dr. put me on a diet.. but I can't even do that.
I can barely eat lunch as it is.
So you're lucky.
lol.

Amanda, are you saying that you only eat 300 Cal every day? You need to eat. Seriously, you are in anorexic territory. If you really feel that you cannot increase your calories, you should seek medical help. On 300 Calories a day, you are slowly starving yourself.

well I was bulemic before.
Purging after every meal, snack, drink.. you name it.
so my doctor put me on a meal plan and all .
What I'm saying is that I can only keep down one meal.. and that's hard enough.
I guess my body is so used to it that it has become a regular function.
but lunch lol.. is a step up for me so I'm getting better.
=D

I sent you a message before I read this, but the planning ahead and many small meals still apply. Good luck with the recovery, and let me know how else I can help.
