I mentioned in the original post about my high liver enzymes being what triggered the Doctor to tell me to lose weight......

I went back to that Doctor for my 1 year checkup on Dec 20th....

He called me on the 21st to tell me great job, keep up the good work, and.....

The holidays were good, and I did pretty good (about 80% good) with keeping my mind on the goal throughout the week.

I actually dropped weight during the week, and that was with less then normal working out and more than normal eating.  I think I may need to adjust my calories again, I think I have been aiming too low once again.  I will see how this goes over the next week or two.

I ran my 5k tonight. I am still trying to get over my cold/chest cold, but I ran the 5k and set a PR for myself beating my last PR for 5k by over 1 whole minute. My time was 25:02. 

I also hit another low over the weekend on my weight. I am not counting calories because that is a bit difficult with family in town and limited amount of time on the computer, but am eating what I should, and nothing more.
