Around 2000-2002 i weighed 240-highest weight-gross! no pics b/c i shredded them! i have the memory in my head and that is enough!
As of September 15, 2007 I joined the 90 day challenge group. Goals:
-to lose 10 lbs(158-148)-goal met! Yeah!!
(reestablished goal-lose another 10 again by the end of challenge (by dec 15)-goal not met-current weight 142.5 (total weight loss=15.5 pounds)
-to lose 5% body fat (23-18)-goal met?? (last measurement taken on Nov. 7 was 19.8%-my nutriotionist is out on pregnancy leave and she takes the measurements)
-to run a mile (achieved!! 11/07; new goal-to run 2 miles by dec 15-achieved! (surpassed goal-ran 2.5 miles)
New goals (Dec 15-March 15)
-lose 10 pounds (142.5-132.5)
-run 5 miles (run 3 by Jan 15, Run 4 by Feb 15, Run 5 March 15)
-lose 5% body fat
My Tips:
-i try to move everyday
-i do cardio in my target heart rate zone 3 days a week (the zone makes a difference)
-i do 2xs a week of high intensity cardio
-i do about 3xs a week of weight training ( i dont always record these on my graphs)
-on my rest days (2 days a week)- i try to move doing an activity i enjoy but i dont try to aim to do anything in my zone. (i.e. i take a casual walk)
- i eat about 4 healthy, balanced meals a day-it helps alot with cravings and metabolism
- i weigh in 1x a week-it keeps me accountable
-my fav tip-i get support from traineo-i log in and track my diet and exercise. Thank you for all of your support. You have all been amazing! I am looking forward to many more challenges .I have come along way but I have along way to go and Im looking forward to seeing how my body tranforms and progresses.
