I am always out doing something fun. I play Hockey, Racquetball and Paintball to keep me busy. I have been spending a good amount of time at the gym. I hope to keep on doing what I do and reach my goal!

I quit smoking on Jan 23rd and ive slowly spiraled in to having a eating disorder, im now looking to get fit and healthy enough to run marathons and set a good, healthy example to my young children.

I'm a network security engineer who enjoys fencing and weight training, happily married, and trying to lose the weight I gained the past few years due to inactivity and medications. I'm aiming to get back into the suits I used to wear when I had a "suit job".
I put my starting weight as it was the day I joined traineo, but I'd lost 32lbs since my peak of 205 lbs, size 18.

I've already come a long way so far - I started off my lifestyle change weighing 276lbs when I was 18 years old, barely exercised, and was just generally very lethargic and lacking in energy. Now I'm nearly half that weight, exercise at least once a day, and have never felt so good or had so much energy! Now I just want to lose the last 25lbs or so and find fun healthy ways to add to my exercise routines and maintain my new lower weight!

I'm 26 years old, I have a wonderful wife and a beautiful daughter.
I graduated from US Air Force basic training and am now at tech school. I will be doing PT 3 times a week and working out in the gym 3 days as well.
My goal is to maintain my weight while burning more fat and gaining strength.
