31 years old and starting to feel a bit "lumpy". I know I carry my weight fairly well but I know it's there all the same. Maintaining 90kg has been fairly easy but I want to get to an "ideal" weight so that I can start maintaining that instead

/Also found Traineo via Lifehacker
I'm not what I'd consider an unfit person as I cycle and/or run 5 days a week, and hike on the weekend. I do, however, eat really badly hence I'm about 20kg too heavy at the moment. I'm looking to rectify this and have started on a program of basic weights for my shoulders, plus ab exercises and push-ups.... I've also decided to make a full-on effort to try and sort out my eating. Using the motivators within Traineo should help
Hoping to see some results soonish
Good luck all!

lifehacker.com is a site that list all different types of things from self help, computer programing tips/tricks, helpful applications, new software functions, do-it-yourself projects, and Reader Polls about random topics.
Check it out, you will find something that interests you. I now find myself checking it 3 times a day to see what has been newly posted.

Thanks Rob, Daniel and Chris for the greeting. I find myself pretty much like Daniel. I bike offen (12-18 miles), have not lifted weights in about 1.5 years and also hike around with my dog. My eating has been bad, but I have now cut my portions down which is good, but still eat not-so-healthy foods. Yesterday, after reading "The Best Tech Tools and Fitness Plans to Get in Shape" on LH, I got excited about exercising. I found myself searching for new workout music and last night I took my dog to the park like I usually do, but this time I actually ran around the park for about 20min and then walked for about 15min. I usually just stay in one spot and throw the ball or frisbee and watch my dog run. I had a lot of fun. I should always run with my dog.

I also found traineo on lifehacker last night. I'm currently in College and am over weight. My goal is 200lbs and I currently weigh 232lbs. I currently go to the rec center 3 times a week and lift weights, ride the bike, and try to run, but still get tired out easily running. I started my work out regimen at the beginning of summer and have already lost 10 lbs.
