Hey all,
If you remember, I posted about signing up for my first 5k a few weeks ago (see
this post). So far I'm in the middle of week 5 of the C25k program and I'm feeling great! Well, my legs are a little sore, but it's a good kind of sore, if that makes any sense.
Anyway, I find that I'm more consistent running than I am about updating my progress on traineo. I'm hoping some of you will help me out by being a motivator. I'd like to keep track of when I run so I can look back at my work come April. Please? Someone? Anybody?
Those of you who have run 5k's in the past, what kind of guidance can you give me? If all goes according to plan, I should be able to run 5k towards the end of March. Do I then run 5k for every workout? What about inside vs. outside?
All of you guys are awesome for encouraging me to continue this endeavor. I greatly appreciate any help you can offer.
