I spent the whole weekend running (well hiking is probably more accurate) up and down mountains and I'm totally buzzing!!!!!!!!!!!!

My heels are a mess and hate me, but my ankle was strong and the scenery was breathtaking. It was like being on holiday!!

Living the Dream!!!!!

No, it isn't by the sea, but then I am more at home in than country than by the coast.

I went to the Brecon Beacons in Wales. A very popular National Park, and I wasn't alone in taking advantage of the amazing weather we had.

Well some reason I got on the scale today and it said 267.6 ... thats the first time I have seen 260. I have been sick this week and only got one weight training session in for about 20 mins a quick 5x5 got in got em done and got out.

So I don't really know why my weight dropped so much. Today thought I start the boxing training!

I was really down last week for a number of reasons, none of which really made sense to me, but were difficult all the same.

But it's a new week, and I feel like I'm slowly getting back where I was. A small drop in weight over the weekend also helped.

Here's to having a great week

I started moving this weekend! Can I count that as a workout?! Whew, didn't hit the gym I was exausted moving boxes, walking all over, setting up the storage unit. Also spent an hour cleaning my truck, which while not on the largest tires (which I am still working on getting) a full size Bronco on 32s is a work out to clean too. It was cold out but I was sweating.

I ate well this weekend and I come in to work this morning and there is a HUGE bowl of brownies on the table for people to have. I am proud to say that just the smell is making me feel a little sick. I have NO urge to have even a bite. They used to be one of my biggest weakness'!

So Overall my weight hasn't gone down anymore yet but I'm still proud of myself and the work I am doing.

Happy Monday Everyone!

Good grief yes! That is a crazy work out. See my positive below:

My positive for the day is my amazing and wonderful friends who were there in no time to help my husband and I when our apartment flooded and we had to switch apartments to the next building down. Also, they are great because they could make me laugh (sometimes hysterically) in the midst of a really tough situation. See my latest post on my profile for full details.

How did I lose my batwings..lol

I guess I have lost some weight from my arms and now that I have been doing some weights, thats helped as well...I tried a jacket on this morning that was a little tight around the tops of my arms and now it is baggy material complete with wrinkles of material! LOL It is so nice to see the material not stretched to busting point!

And I just can't help to keep looking at my batwingless arms in the mirror everytime I go for a shower hehe

I think the weight I started to gain on my upper arms was only a recent thing..I never used to have fat arms

I am new to the positive thread, but I'd like to post one:
I went running (ok... jogging... ok, slow jogging) around the trails here today and there was the right combination of sunshine, warm breeze, good music, and finally using a spacer for pre-run albuterol that I ended up going 2.1 miles before I stopped intead of my usual... well, 200 yards.

I took a much needed rest day yesterday. I went to sleep at like 9:15. It was awesome. It kinda throw a kink in the rest of the week's work out plans, but it was soo worth it.

Yeah, I'm sure it'll work out just fine. I have my adjusted schedule figured out and I'm sure my work outs will be much more effective now that I have some energy.
