I'm taking the time to think about how to distribute my calories through the day. I think I've been trying to shift to many to the am so by dinner I am ravenous (especially since that is right after my work out). So yea for making time for myself.

today i am going to rewrite my new diet plan given to me by my nutritionist so i have a neat copy of it and be able to see it instead of looking at a messy, scribbly copy. i will also write up a new grocery list so i can food shop for some additional foods.

Excellentness, Tim and Jen, enjoy.

My good news? My previously tres-strained calf is getting better! I was actually able to get a workout in today, albeit with some slight tweaks to usual form, but YAY anyway.

"God made dirt, and dirt don't hurt!" Haha. I don't know where I heard that from. However, the pesticides and chemicals can do some damage. *yikes*

My good news, as everyone already probably knows is that my BF% dropped from 37 to 33.5.

Also, I ran 20 minutes today w/o stopping.

BTW, Jenn, good job on standing up for yourself with the cantelopes!

You've lost 20 kilos, Spyke? That's fantastic!

As for my positivity, it's another crisp and sunny bluebird day here in belle France, my calf muscle is a good 75% recovered and I'm looking forward to a tres healthy and majorly YUMMY dinner tonight with Hubby--after some much needed house cleaning. Seems the ole dog has deemed it officially Spring and is leaving poofs of fur everywhere he goes. I'll be brushing him good today.

I wen to a boxing gym today just to watch my g/f try it out, I would have done it today but I am still sick, and it seems fantastic. The trainer is very nice and best of all its free. One of his guys he has been training is going pro soon and he wants us to do the advertisment and web development for him and the gym as well. I am so pumped.

I also picked up those perfect pushups today, so we will see how well they are.

Also I think we are going to talk to her dad and figure out if we can clean their basement out and I will buy barbells/dumbells/weights and some pullup equipment so we can have our very own gym in the basement instead of paying for a membership because all in all it is cheaper. I am super excited.

...so I celebrated with an hour on the elliptical going pretty hardcore for most of it, tagged with some ab-work.

Now it's time for a wee snack, followed by a bubbley soak in a steamin' hot bath under my big skylight while I watch this gorgeous blue day.

I'm happy because I'm back! My Dr. finally gave me the go ahead to go back to the gym. I had trouble visiting traineo when I couldn't go to the gym or anything because I was bummed that I couldn't go.

I started going back to the gym this week! I went out of town to visit my family and when I walked in they all complimented me. I don't own a scale, so I hopped on my aunt's scale and was surprised with a four pound drop!

I had a great day!

I'm still nursing a cough and week-old cold, but I tried to follow some advice I gave last week and at least educated myself better while I convalesced.

So now I have a clear goal list, plus I know my BMR (1924 Cal) and a good deal about my typical working day caloric intake. I also found at least two ways to kill hidden calories. Yay!

Great and inspiring positives everyone!

Well my positive today is: before I started exercising/eating sensibly..I was starting to develop those "Batwing" type of flabs of fat under my arms when I'd lift them above my head - you know the type.....today, I noticed they are almost gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gone I tell ya!!!!!!!!! They have melted off or been tightened one or the other lol...but they are barely noticeable now yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
