If you would like to follow my weight loss via blogging, the link is http://nottie2hottie.blogstream.com Otherwise, here are my stats. Was 226 and got to 185 and just lingered. Then I kicked it up like crazy and I got down to 145. THEN, after slightly falling off the wagon and not working on myself, I'm ready to again. I hope to get into the 120s.

I am 39 years old. My goal is to be in the best shape of my life in my 40s, in terms of endurance and strength.
I like weight training, cardio cross training (from treadmill running to kickboxing) and above all Yoga.
I like music, movies, reading fiction, travel, exercise. I am vegetarian because I love animals. I love cats best.

Ashley,
I read your blog. You are a fun person and seem like a sweetie.
I saw the pics You are already HOT.
Forget Soon-2-be-ex. And when they line up, choose wisely.
Big HUG.

Thank you sweetie!
I'm gonna be SO picky from now on. If I meet a guy that's ever interested the convo would go kind of like this:
"Hi, my name is Jake, whatcha doing later?"
"Hi, I'm Ashley, I have 2 kids, and going through a divorce. Still wanna talk?"
lol. okay, not that rigid, but I definately want a guy that LOVES kids and family. That was my big mistake the first time.

Ash,
Those kids are so heart-meltingly cute and adorable. Some guy out there is very, very lucky.
Meanwhile, have you listened to the song "Single" by Natasha Bedingfiled?

LOL
LOVE IT.
BEST PART????
He's getting bigger and unhealthy. When I met him he was a super skinny 170 (which I would have liked more meat! lol) Now, he's about 220. (too much meat on his frame)
And he's getting bigger... as I only continue to get smaller.
Love it....

I'm a 24 yr old Communication Disorders graduate student in south Georgia. I am currently living with my boyfriend and my wacky dog. In my free time, enjoy playing on the internet, spending time with my fellow Comd girlfriends, chitchatting with my wonderful mom, spending quiet time with my boyfriend, watching bad cinema, scifi, and court drama (court tv, law and order, etc), quiet meditation, reading self-help books, and spending time outside (NOT sports).
When it comes to exercise, I am not a huge fan. I find I feel better when I DO it, but getting the point of doing it habitually, well... I have not gotten there yet! And when it comes to food, I LOVE it. I can count the food I don't like on one hand. Food is an addiction I am trying to control (sense 3rd grade).

You go! Now, I know I know... we should lose weight for ourselves and not for men.... but damn it feels good when they see you for the first time in a month or so and say "oh! wow, you look... great!". Good for you!
Keep it up! I hope for the same response from my exs....

My fitness regimen includes stationary cycling, light weight training and lots of walking around NYC. I'm a graduate of WeightWatchers and an enthusiastic advocate of its balanced approach to weight loss. I'm sure that I drink too much coffee and get too little sleep. :)
My goals are to maintain my weight in a healthy BMI/BF % range and forestall the toll of advancing age. :)
I think Traineo's established a great community and appreciate the support and information we share.
You'll find me elsewhere on the Web at http://claimid.com/nycinephile
