hello everyone,
i decided im going to take a week off from my training for a few reasons:
-ive been exhausted lately
-give myself a rest
-reward for my hardwork
-im going to start a new plan after my week off
-i think im hitting a plateau

i was wondering if from a week from today-next wednesday people can check in with me to make sure im on track and back into my new exercise routine? thanks so much. it would be greatly appreciated!!

No problem! A week off is a good thing.... 8 days, however, is right out

Sometimes a break is just what it takes to bust through a plateau, Jen, so all the best with it.

If possible, try to keep your cals. sensible in numbers and of quality, then sit back and enjoy the rejuvenation-time.
