Anyone out there with extensive nutrition/health knowledge? I would like a motivator that I can also talk about my meals, workouts, supps etc with, and one that will be able to help me and give feedback, plus any tips or ideas they think would help me to further the progress. I only seek to lose about 10 pounds, but I may need to lose more once I get there, I will have to see. I lost a lot of weight a while ago...and got down to my current bf percentage, and then just kinda stopped losing weight no matter what, so Ive just been maintaining, but this month, its coming off, so I can finally be happy with my physique. Any motivators out there?
