I totally agree with you, cardio king! The figure in my scales goes up/down all the time. My weight is lowing very slowly even though I work out hard. However, I know that I am a much fitter person than I was. Doing high intensity cardio for 45min requires not only physical, but mental toughness. Though exercise, I build both physical power and mental power.
